Digital Storytelling and Interdisciplinary Collaboration: A Project in the Spanish as a Foreign Language Classroom

Published in Innovación pedagógica y transformación digital en la enseñanza de la lengua, la literatura y la cultura hispánicas, 2025

Drawing on socio-constructivist and literacy studies frameworks, this article examines the theoretical foundations of transdisciplinary collaboration, digital literacy, and Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK). Using a case study of a course project’s design and implementation, it analyzes the collaborative process, reflects on the institutional conditions that enabled or limited it, and considers the evolving role of instructors, librarians, and digital humanists as educators, learners, and collaborators.
